You'll receive a confirmation email with your session link or call details. You are welcome to take your own notes during our time together so you can easily revisit what we discussed

Of course. As a general guide: Tarot Divination is a good fit if you want reflection and clarity on a specific question or crossroads. Coaching is a good fit if you're in an active transition and want a concrete next step. The Ascension Series is a good fit if you're ready for sustained, multi-week work on deeper patterns. Feel free to reach out before booking if you'd like guidance.

We'll talk through what's actually going on for you, identify the belief, fear, or pattern quietly driving the situation, and work through concrete tools to start shifting it — not just naming it. You'll leave with a clear next step, and a written recap is sent after the session.

We choose a spread specifically around your question or season of life, and I offer a direct, plain-language interpretation — no riddles or vague mysticism. There's room for follow-up questions as the cards open up, and you'll receive a photo of your spread.

Just come with whatever question or situation is on your mind. If you have something specific you'd like to focus on, it helps to jot it down beforehand, but it's not required.

Please use your booking link to move your session at least 48 hours before our start time for free. To protect my calendar and maintain the momentum of our work, sessions can only be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

Additionally, because I intentionally prepare and hold energetic space for our appointments, any reschedule requested within 48 hours of your scheduled time requires a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the session cost to lock in a new date and renders the booking non-refundable. The more notice you can give, the better we can find a new time that flows for both of our schedules!

You can cancel your appointment by phone, text, or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to receive a refund minus a 10% administrative and processing fee (which covers non-recoverable payment platform processing charges).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance—as well as missed appointments without notice—are non-refundable, as that 90-minute time slot was held exclusively for you and could not be offered to another client. If Awaken with Anastasia initiates the cancellation, you will always receive a 100% full refund with no fees deducted.

Any sessions already completed are deducted from your refund, along with any applicable work-completed fees for preparation already done on an upcoming session.

To receive a refund (minus the 10% administrative and processing fee) for a not-yet-rendered session in your package, cancel at least 14 days before that session's scheduled date. Cancellations made within 14 days of an upcoming session are non-refundable. No. All sales are final for digital products, courses, and customized or personalized services, regardless of whether you've accessed or used them. This is because they're immediately accessible, non-returnable, or built specifically around you, and refunds aren't offered except where required by law.
