My story
This might read like a tragedy at first. Stay with it — it isn't one. It's a story of transmuting darkness into light, survival into healing, fear into freedom, and pain into purpose.
I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. By the time I was five, my father — an acrobat — fell and broke his ribs, ending the career that kept our family fed. What followed was a slow collapse. My father lost his loving mother, both of my parents became alcoholics, drowning in a grief they didn't know how to carry, the same grief I never got the chance to process. They were rageful, violent, unpredictable. They beat me, tortured me, screamed at me. And yet — in the rare sober moments — they loved me. I knew both things at once. I learned to hold contradictions before I could read.
There was never food in the house. So I learned to survive without it. I climbed in and out of trashcans, peeling away mold and eating the rest. I collected bottles and scrap metal for a few coins, enough for a slice of bread. Around holidays, I visited graveyards to gather the candies and food left by families for their dead. I skipped most of first and second grade. I spent countless nights sleeping in stairwells, abandoned rooms, and on the street, pulling doormats over myself for warmth. I sought shelter with older friends who were also abusive — who made me their slave and beat me too. My mother's mother blamed me for running away from the abuse.
Countless times, I narrowly escaped danger—once being chased by a man with a knife, another being stalked by a man, another time being lured by a child predator and barely escaping sexual assault. I didn't even know these threats existed, I simply trusted my gut instinct, either ran for my life, or got lucky — my guardian angels were working overtime.
There was a moment, standing on the roof of a building with my best friend — we were holding hands at the edge. We only stepped back because another girl had survived a fall from that same roof and was left paralyzed.
My parents split up, I was left with my hyper-abusive mother, and when I was nine and a half — I ran away to my aunt's house for over a month. My friend eventually tracked me down and convinced me to come home. On the metro, police were waiting with my mother. I was taken into state custody, placed in a hospital for evaluation, then moved to an orphanage. What I didn't know yet: my mother had failed to report me missing for over a week after I disappeared. Her parental rights were suspended.
A few months into the orphanage, that same friend visited to tell me my father had died — thirteen seizures in a row, until his heart gave out — I wailed until they gave me drugs to calm me down. I never got to say goodbye.
I ran away from the orphanage repeatedly. Each time, I was brought back. Then something shifted. The orphanage had been taking children on tour to the United States to perform, and I became one of them. When we returned, I was threatened: run away again, and any chance of adoption disappears. In that same conversation, I was told a family had chosen me — they had applied before two other families who saw me on tour. My parents picked me out of a book of photographs.
My birth mother was given eight chances to appear in court and fight for me. She visited me only once while in the orphanage. Eventually, the adoption was finalized.
My adoptive family was loving — not without their own wounds and generational patterns, but I felt real love for the first time. And that love did something I didn't expect: it healed me. I was able to forgive my birth parents quickly, not because what they did was acceptable, but because I finally understood what I had been given.
In 2007, I entered college and met my soulmate and best friend, Evan. He showed me what pure, unconditional love actually felt like. He expanded my capacity to love, to find magic in ordinary things, in ways I couldn't have imagined. For the first time in my life, I was fully myself with someone — completely authentic, unafraid, with nothing suppressed. I learned: this is what healthy love is.
I entered the fashion world, which slowly consumed me. It was toxic, overworked, and demanded I perform a version of myself I wasn't. I didn't know it then, but unhealed trauma draws unhealed relationships. I ended up in a long-term mentally and verbally abusive relationship. He screamed at me multiple times a day. He isolated me from nearly everyone. Before I met him, I had never experienced anxiety — he became the trigger that taught my nervous system what fear felt like as a permanent state. I also cut off my family for over five years, unable to be around the control and manipulation, unable to perform the version of myself they needed me to be — thankfully, that isn't where the story ends. We reconnected, rebuilt from a healthier and more authentic place, the old patterns fell away, and those relationships began to blossom into something real.
To cope, I became a functional alcoholic. I was surviving again — just in a different stairwell.
Health issues started to develop, so I started changing what I ate, trying to quit drinking, and finally found the courage to leave my relationship. In the aftermath, for the first time, I found my self-worth and self-love. Then, in 2014, Evan died unexpectedly. A mutual friend I never heard from messaged me out of nowhere — I knew something was wrong before I even opened it. His brother's post confirmed it. My whole world collapsed. The person I had loved most was gone.
His father shared a book with me that was helping him grieve: Awakening the Buddha Within. That book rewired something in me. It changed how I understood life and death, suffering and joy, loss and gratitude. I was able to release the grief and return to a state of thankfulness — for having had the chance to love and be loved by a soul that extraordinary. His death became the doorway to everything that followed.I left fashion. I couldn't fake things anymore; it made me physically ill. I ended friendships and connection that weren’t good for me. I became radically honest, almost against my will. It was a spiritual awakening — though I didn't have those words for it yet.
The toxic years had taken a physical toll I couldn't ignore — I was carrying over a hundred pounds more than I do now. My health was deteriorating, and the fear around it spiraled into severe health anxiety, spiking my blood pressure, which fed more anxiety, which triggered panic attacks. I tried everything I could find. It wasn't until I discovered a CBT program that something finally shifted. I began confronting my fears directly — through exposure therapy and other exercises — and my brain started to rewire faster than I thought possible. The health anxiety ‘magically’ disappeared. The panic attacks faded. And as I kept going, applying the same tools to deeper fears and older traumas, something else happened: the need to cope dissolved. The alcohol, the numbing, the escaping — I didn't need them anymore because I was finally reaching the root.
My body had been sending signals for years. After a new job brought new stress, my health collapsed completely. Dry eyes. Constant flushing. Food sensitivities so severe I could only eat three foods without triggering violent autoimmune responses — joint pain, burning skin, losing eyelashes, inflamed gums, gut pain, and more that never stopped. I had never met anyone who ate cleaner than I did. Organic whole foods, everything homemade, nothing processed. Every ingredient in every product carefully researched to avoid toxins. Reverse osmosis water. Air purifiers. No alcohol, smocking or weed. No shortcuts. And still: only minor improvements. Every doctor and health test told me I was remarkably healthy.
I spent years reading every study I could find. I tried every supplement, every protocol, every approach. And I kept getting sicker. One test finally pointed somewhere useful: a GI map that revealed dysbiosis — a deep imbalance of gut bacteria. I researched leaky gut. I made progress. But I wasn't healed.
Then, slowly, something else began to shift. I had returned to AUM chanting, almost casually at first. And I noticed: I was getting better. Not from a new supplement. Not from a new diet. From regulating my nervous system. And then the pieces locked into place. The first time I had truly healed — years earlier — I had been doing Wim Hof breathwork, AUM chanting, and yoga. All nervous system regulation. All trauma release. My body had been trying to tell me the whole time: the root is not in your gut. It is in your unprocessed grief, your survival wiring, your dysregulated nervous system. Chronic stress and unresolved trauma had been the source of everything, it was even responsible for my leaky gut/dysbiosis!
That realization opened a door.
I began to understand the relationship between trauma, conditioning, and physical illness in a way that connected every thread of my life. Through a series of synchronicities, I developed a method for identifying root trauma using AI, and began creating my own exercises to rewire it — including exposure therapy, facing fears head on, practicing radical self-expression.
It was also through this process that I uncovered a pattern I had never seen clearly before: my entire life, going back to childhood, I had been attracting covert narcissists — in friendships and romantic relationships. The conditioning I had absorbed surviving my earliest years had made that kind of relationship feel familiar, even normal. I had been abandoning myself to keep others comfortable, tolerating what I should never have tolerated, with no real sense of where I ended and others began. As I healed and rewired those deep roots, the pattern didn't just become visible — it broke. I learned how to stop self-abandoning and how to hold healthy boundaries. For the first time, I could see the pattern for what it was, and I was no longer available for it.
Through this journey I also came to understand something that shifted everything: trauma isn't only what happens in dramatic or obvious moments. Trauma is anything that permanently changes the way you behave, believe, think, or feel. The perfectionism you can't shake. The suppression, the repression, the shame you carry without knowing where it came from. The way you avoid, control, or shrink. These are not personality traits — they are the result of early conditioning that rewired how you see yourself and the world. They are making us sick, and they can be healed.
In my quest for deeper healing, I had been planning to go skydiving. I had booked it with my bonus check, taken the day off work, had everything arranged — the idea being that an experience that extreme had the potential to rewire fear at a foundational level, touching many traumas at once. I had also been considering Quantum Healing Hypnosis but couldn't decide on a practitioner, and the skydiving plan was already set.
Then, a week before the trip, I was taking out the trash when I heard two ravens making noise above me. I looked up and saw a red-tailed hawk — I didn't know it then, but red-tailed hawks are associated with Kundalini activation. Two days before my scheduled jump, the company contacted me: the plane was undergoing maintenance, the trip was cancelled. I took it immediately as a sign. I got my deposit back and pivoted. One of the hypnotherapists I had been exploring had made a video entirely about rewiring fear — her energy resonated with me instantly. I chose her and booked the session. On the way to my appointment, ravens kept landing in my path. Six of them. I felt, intuitively, that something was coming.
During the session, my highest self was asked if there was healing it could offer me right now. It said yes. And then — without warning — I felt a vibration begin in my heart, move through my hands, and radiate through my entire body. Every cell. Like an electric current, multiplied by a million. My body didn't move, but everything inside it was shaking. It didn't stop until I left the session. My highest self told me I needed to allow myself to feel — all of it. Every emotion I had spent a lifetime suppressing, even the anger. It said: she feels them but doesn't experience them. She holds them but doesn't release them. It is safe to feel. Allow herself to cry. Release the energy, even if it's anger.
It told me I needed to explore and understand the purpose of consciousness — to understand its place and its nature, and to learn how to disconnect it from the body through spiritual practice. To find new ways to open consciousness. To let my gut instinct guide me more fully, to trust it even more than I already did, and to let it lead.
It told me that my purpose was to guide others toward their light, and to share my own. It told me that in this activation, I was downloading new spiritual gifts — and that I needed to find practices to connect my consciousness, because when I connected through it, I would be shown what I needed to see. And the last thing it said: surrender. In exploring my highest joy, I would find my community.
From the time I was a child surviving on the streets, I had turned off feeling in order to stay alive. I had carried that switch in the off position my entire life, even into adulthood, even into love, even into grief.
My hypnotist told me afterward that what had occurred was a Kundalini activation — a chi awakening. She taught me how to work with a pendulum to consult my own highest self. And I began, systematically, to explore practices for opening consciousness.
The first practice I was led to was Neurodynamic Breathwork. In my second session, I surrendered completely for the first time. I wailed. I screamed into a pillow. I shook my body free of things it had been holding for decades. And at the end of that session, I saw visions of sacred geometry.
In the sessions that followed, more grief and stored pain released. Visions came of my birth parents and grandmother — holding me, apologizing. And in that moment, I saw flashes of my life when I was loved by them. I saw the truth I had never been able to hold: I was loved. I was wanted. Even there. Even then.
More gifts opened. Channeling. Precognitive visions. In one Monroe Gateway session, I saw an orange, black, and white tabby cat — a pattern I had never seen before, almost golden like a sunset. The next morning, that exact cat appeared four feet from my door. She had a tumor the size of her own head. I took her inside. I loved her. I held her. She passed without suffering. She was not alone.
It was around this time that something else quietly completed itself inside me. I rediscovered the same pure wonder I had as a child — before the survival, before the conditioning, before the weight of everything that had happened. The world became magical again in the simplest ways. I began to experience genuine bliss, a wholeness I had never known, and a trust so deep that surrendering became effortless rather than frightening.
I moved into a state of absolute forgiveness — not because what had been done to me was acceptable, but because I finally understood something true: no one consciously chooses to cause harm. Every hurtful act, every betrayal, every cruelty — all of it flows from unhealed wounds. The people who had hurt me were carrying pain they didn't know how to hold. I found compassion for them. I found love for them. Even for the ones who had broken me.
And as I grew closer to the divine, I noticed I had stopped relying on tarot and astrology to predict or control what was coming. I no longer needed to know. I had learned to trust — the unseen, the unfolding, myself.
I watched the path of my spiritual awakening move from my own life into the lives of others. My sister and I had barely spoken for over ten years — divided by faith, by dogma, by my inability to suppress who I was around her. When I visited for Thanksgiving, I debated whether to tell her any of this. Would she think I'd lost my mind and need to be institutionalized?
On my way to her, just like before my hypnosis session, ravens kept landing in my path right in front of me. I texted my friend: something big is about to happen. Neither of us knew what.
When my sister and I finally sat down alone after dinner, I braced myself. Instead, something else happened. She told me that aftermath of her traumatic near-death experience giving birth to her last child, she had felt the identical full-body vibration I had just described — a Kundalini activation, unnamed and unwitnessed, that she had been carrying alone for years. She told me that for three years she had believed she was going to die. And for a year and half, every time she laid down to sleep, her brain would zap like a vintage TV being switched off — she was convinced each time it was the end. At one point she had walked into her closet, laid on the floor, and told God to take her. Her nervous system was shattered. Her gut was in ruins — despite eating organic, doing everything "right." She had even been preparing photo albums for her children for when she was gone.
I saw immediately: she hadn't been given a death sentence. She had been given a gift. Her Kundalini had been activated. She was in the middle of her own awakening.
I didn't teach her. I didn't control anything. I only created a safe space for her to be real, and gently offered the wisdom I had gathered from my own path. She found her own way with stunning speed. She transformed — in how she showed up, how she moved through fear, how she related to herself and everyone around her. Her whole family shifted with her. Even one of her children's behavior changed so dramatically that her husband — who had been skeptical of all of it — noticed and named it out loud.
That conversation changed everything between us. Something that had been fractured for over a decade quietly mended itself — not back to what it was, but into something neither of us had ever had before. We text almost every day now, two women on parallel paths, cheering each other forward. On the surface we could not be more different — the way we live, believe, dress, move through the world. But underneath all of that, we are made of the same things: love for the divine, a wholehearted desire to grow, and intentions that come from a genuinely pure place. Our differences turned out to be the very thing that made us stronger together.
The same happened with a coworker in his mid-forties. Guided by the same presence and wisdom that had helped my sister find her way, he faced his fears directly. He surrendered. He unlocked spiritual gifts of his own, healed his vertigo and fainting, and found a whole new connection to the divine. He also began paying attention to synchronicities as divine communication — and through that practice, found a way to receive direct guidance from his guardian angel and guides.
What I learned is this: when you heal, everyone around you begins to heal too. It spreads like seeds from a flower in bloom. Change is not slow when you reach the root. When you heal the root — the nervous system, the stored trauma, the conditioning — everything follows. Faster than you imagine possible. I also learned that vulnerability is not weakness — our stories, when we have the courage to share them, have the power to change lives. Including our own.
Now I understand what my whole life was preparing me for. Every street I slept on. Every night without food. Every loss, every rupture, every moment — it was all giving me the map I now carry for others.
I am a spiritual guide, life coach, and tarot practitioner. My approach weaves together science, cognitive therapy, somatic healing, and intuitive arts — because true transformation lives at the intersection of science and spirit, mind and body, the seen and the unseen.
I am not here to teach you what to do. I am here to show you how to trust your own inner intelligence, listen to your own intuition, and make decisions from your own knowing. I believe every person is born whole. It is human conditioning — that teaches us to live as something smaller than we are. Every fear you carry, every limiting belief, every pattern you can't break — these were not originally yours. Someone passed them to you. Someone passed them to that person. We rarely know where it began. But we can find where it lives in you, and we can release it.
Here is how we do that together:
We will identify your root conditioning and trauma by observing and exploring your behaviors, thoughts, and feelings — then design custom exercises to rewire them, drawn from the same tools that rewired me: exposure therapy, somatic release, radical self-expression, true authenticity, and more.
The modalities we explore will be entirely unique to you, your needs, and your story. My ultimate goal is your independence, not dependence; I am here to empower you and give you the tools to confidently continue this work on your own — though, of course, I will be by your side to support you for as long as you need.
I will guide you to the exact practices and free resources I used to regulate my nervous system, release stored trauma, and heal your body. I will open your world to new ways of connecting — to your guides, and to spiritual practices and experiences that will color your life in ways you haven't yet imagined. And through all of it, I will hold space with fierce compassion and empathy, walking with you back to the version of yourself that existed before the conditioning — back to your whole, untamed self.
When we shed what makes us sick — the ego, the fear, the shame, the suppression, the survival wiring — what remains is the real you. And the real you is extraordinary. The real you has gifts you have not yet uncovered, a purpose you have not yet fully claimed, and a life beyond anything your conditioned mind has been able to imagine.
I know, because I lived the before. I know what it costs to survive without feeling. I know what it takes to come back. And I know — with every part of me — that if someone with a story like mine can heal, anyone can. I am here to walk with you as you find your way home.

I didn't teach her. I only created a safe space and gently offered what I had gathered from my own path. She found her way with stunning speed — transformed in how she showed up, how she moved through fear, how she related to herself and everyone around her. Her whole family shifted with her. Even one of her children's behavior changed so dramatically that her skeptical husband noticed and named it out loud.
Something fractured for over a decade quietly mended — not back to what it was, but into something neither of us had ever had before. We text almost every day now, two women on parallel paths. On the surface we could not be more different. But underneath, we are made of the same things: love for the divine, a wholehearted desire to grow, intentions from a genuinely pure place. Our differences turned out to make us stronger together.
The same happened with a coworker in his mid-forties. He faced his fears, surrendered, unlocked spiritual gifts, healed his vertigo and fainting, and found a new connection to the divine — and through paying attention to synchronicities, found a way to receive direct guidance from his guardian angel.
What I learned: when you heal, everyone around you begins to heal too. It spreads like seeds from a flower in bloom. Change is not slow when you reach the root. I also learned that vulnerability is not weakness — our stories, when we have the courage to share them, have the power to change lives.
I am here to show you how to trust your own inner intelligence and make decisions from your own knowing. Every person is born whole. It is human conditioning that teaches us to live as something smaller than we are. Every fear, every limiting belief, every pattern you can't break — these were not originally yours. Someone passed them to you. We rarely know where it began. But we can find where it lives in you, and release it.
My ultimate goal is your independence, not dependence; I am here to empower you and give you the tools to confidently continue this work on your own—though, of course, I will be by your side to support you for as long as you need.
When we shed what makes us sick — the ego, the fear, the shame, the survival wiring — what remains is the real you. And the real you has gifts you have not yet uncovered, a purpose not yet fully claimed, and a life beyond anything your conditioned mind has imagined.
I know, because I lived the before. I know what it costs to survive without feeling. I know what it takes to come back. And I know — with every part of me — that if someone with a story like mine can heal, anyone can.
I am here to walk with you as you find your way home.
